IT Manager - Network Administrator

Compensation: $80,000 to $125,000 Annually

Wartech Engineering is a fast-paced small business defense contractor ready to welcome an experienced IT Manager - Network Administrator to our team to oversee IT security and ensure network and systems operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's computer systems, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines, ensure proper security measures and data safety requirements, and CMMC compliance.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have strong experience in system administration, with expertise in CMMC compliance, Windows 365, on-site server monitoring, and more. You will work closely with our team to monitor, organize, and manage projects, taking ownership of assignments from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and configure computer systems, including servers and networks
-Implement and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools
- Evaluate existing systems and provide technical expertise
- Ensure IT operations meet security requirements and maintain data safety

Requirements

We require a strong background in system administration, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders. Your experience should include working with ERP systems, and creating and managing system permissions and user accounts.
