Senior Manager, Revenue Operations

Dexter, MI, USA Full Time

The ideal candidate is responsible for executing high-impact initiatives across the Revenue Operations function. This role partners closely with the Senior Director of Revenue Operations to lead cross-functional projects, optimize systems and processes, and support alignment across go-to-market teams. The individual translates business requirements into scalable operational and technical solutions and drives initiatives from requirements through implementation and adoption.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as a business SME for the Salesforce ecosystem, translating business requirements into scalable system configurations and workflows
  2. Oversee day-to-day business administration and optimization of CPQ, sales engagement, and data enrichment tools including configuration and user enablement
  3. Lead and execute cross-functional initiatives and operational projects, driving work from requirements through implementation and adoption
  4. Design, document, and optimize GTM processes across systems and teams
  5. Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes across the revenue lifecycle
  6. Build and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to support operational visibility and performance tracking
  7. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper governance across Salesforce, marketing automation, and downstream systems
  8. Partner with RevOps, Marketing, Sales, and IT to support system changes, troubleshoot issues, and maintain alignment across workflows and data
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations
  • Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives or large-scale system/process improvements projects
  • Experience supporting or contributing to RevOps tech stack decisions with strong Salesforce.com business acumen
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams
  • Creative problem solving, must be comfortable with ambiguity
  • Project management expertise (multi-threaded initiatives)
  • Bonus: experience with AI-enabled automation across the GTM lifecycle (marketing, sales, post-sale) and with downstream analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BI tools).

Computer Skills:
Experience with Salesforce.com, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (or equivalent) and managing multiple tools across the ecosystem. Experience with CPQ like DealHub and Sales Engagement platforms like SalesLoft are a plus.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field and 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations with a proven track record of leading cross-functional, system-driven initiatives at scale.

Work Environment:
Hybrid work environment with four days in office and one day remote per week. The role involves regular collaboration with team members across multiple locations in a standard office setting.
