I am a clinical pharmacist with 12 years of clinical pharmacy experience including completion of a PGY-1 pharmacy residency. I have experience in Internal Medicine, ICU, ED, NICU, Pediatrics. I am ACLS and PALS certified as well. I have active pharmacist licenses in California, Ohio and Texas.
