Background

You want to talk to me when you are thinking about setting up your B2B Tech business for scale. I will partner with you to grow efficiently by aligning your GTM value chain around your GTM Strategy and ICP to maximize revenue generation. Then I will strengthen your segmented GTM strategy by optimizing packaging, pricing, deal qualification, channel partner motion, share-of-wallet expansion, and pipeline management. A 15 year span has seen four business units at Intel and two scaling B2B SaaS businesses benefit from my core competencies. These are - setting and executing OKRs, aligning the GTM value-chain from product through sales & customer success, maximizing customer LTV, and maximizing the customer's willingness-to-pay to increase margins sustainably. These core competencies are rounded by a global perspective that comes from experience in launching and managing new businesses and products in markets across US, Europe, China, Brazil and India. I also enjoy coaching and mentoring others, both professionally and personally, as I believe in the power of learning, sharing, and growing together. I share my love for sports by coaching competitive youth soccer ⚽️ teams and showing my sons how to love the juxtaposition of emotion & analytics inherent in sport (ask me about how my sons have now blown past me on the karting track 🏎).
