In my life, and career, I have found that I love to build things and help others. I love to build relationships with others and help them to be successful and have a positive experience in whatever way I can. The best success is shared success. Throughout my career I have given top level customer service everywhere from fine dining restaurants, offices, job sites, workshops and boardrooms. I have learned the very important lesson that when your customers are happy, no matter what the industry, it will lead to success for the company and you as an individual. I also love the challenge of building and creating. This can mean a lot of different things. It can be very literal, such as how I love to design and build beautiful furniture and crafts in my woodshop. It can also be a little more abstract as well. I spent almost 8 years working as a project manager working for a HVAC manufacturer's rep helping contractors and engineers to design and build functional spaces for people to work comfortably. I have spent the last 4 years co-founding and building a manufacturing company from the ground up. This has been the biggest learning experience of my professional career and I feel like I have earned myself a sink or swim MBA.
