Background

I am a trained public policy analyst with over 10 years of experience in providing evaluation and strategic planning expertise in the government and not-for-profit sectors in Jamaica and the United States of America. I am investigative by nature; I have honed my analytical skills in programme areas such as climate change, community development and health. My ability to look at the big picture, while managing details makes her particularly skilled in evaluation planning, developing monitoring and evaluation systems, developing framework tools such as logic models and theories of change and designing databases. I have experience working with a range of stakeholders, clients and project partners at the community, government and donor levels. I enjoy engaging with others in her evaluation work and is passionate about mentoring, coaching and training.
