Background
become a manager on purpose. I became a leader by accident. I began coaching Recreation soccer for my kids right around the early stage of my leadership career. While I had experience with sports and well, being a parent, I was a bit of an amateur at soccer and certainly coaching soccer. Certainly, the gratification and bonding with my sons will remain a lifetime high. The business lessons, invaluable, as it helped guide my leadership journey of developing talent, (no lines, no laps, no lectures), the right rewards, (bobble head trophies), overcoming obstacles, (a 12 year old, innocent referee) and giving everyone the tools to succeed, (everyone got their own ball). A catalyst to an organization, I thrive on developing teams and maximizing opportunities in competitive environments. Whether it is discovering new ways to solve old problems or changing the game completely, I like to match people with ideas. My specialties include leadership development, business development, media, marketing, positioning products and services to appeal to the end user and relationship management.
