      vertically integrated business model.
      Support and oversee the day-to-day management, coordination, and successful completion of over $140 million
      worth of student housing and interior buildout projects. Currently serve as the project manager for the $13
      million interior buildout for CA Ventures’ new office space in downtown Chicago working directly with CA
      Ventures’ personnel. Responsible for the subcontractor buyout and management of multiple trades at student
      housing projects located in Gainesville, FL and Pittsburgh, PA.

      working with union and non-union labor and subcontractors on construction projects in the building, civil and
      transportation sectors throughout the country.
      As a project engineer, I ensured that construction work complied with engineering principles, cost guidelines, reporting requirements and field engineering activities for the multi-family and senior living project division. Assisted and supported
      project team with daily project coordination and field supervision of the Wolf Point East tower: a $250 million,
      60 story high rise residential building in downtown Chicago. Collaborated with the developer, architect and
      subcontractors throughout the duration of the project from the start of foundation work to the completion of
      interior punch list.
