CenturyLinkSeattle, WA, USAAn an Account Manager, I worked with top Enterprises in the Region including Nordstrom, REI, and Homestreet Bank to innovate IT environments. In this role, I worked with C-Levels, information Technology Directors, key influencers and cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation. Working with both valued customers and new prospects, I exceeded my sales quota at 186% of plan. While managing a weekly sales funnel through the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management tool, I presented strategic account plans to create and execute a strategic vision for each account. In my time at CenturyLink, I established more new logos in my Region than any other account representative.

Front Range Volleyball ClubEnglewood, CO, USAAs the Director of Network Services and Information Technology at the Front Range Volleyball Club, I designed, planned, set up, and maintained the network for both the office and for an annual volleyball tournament held at the Colorado Convention Center hosted by the club called Colorado Crossroads.
Within these networks, I solved software and hardware issues throughout the organization while managing domains, video storage, file sharing, application licenses, software updates, the IP phone system, the security cameras, and the mobile device plan.
In working with Colorado Crossroads, I tested for bugs within the tournament software known as TM2sign. For TM2Sign, I also provided support and trainings to the end users and potential customers. As demand grew for this software, I began selling this software to other tournaments both regionally and nationally.
In my time with FRVBC, I also worked on the Social Media Committee, Recruiting Committee, and Camps Committee for the club.
I began working with FRVBC as a part-time volleyball coach. Soon after, I began assisting with statistical analysis for the teams, the region, and the Colorado Crossroads tournament. After one year, I was hired as the full time Information Technology Manager then soon after became the Director of Network Services and Information Technology.
In my time with FRVBC, I head coached for the 13-2 team, the 15-1 team, and the 17-1 team. I also served as an assistant coach to the 18-1 team. During tournaments and in the practice gym, I helped with all age groups. I also gave private lessons and ran several camps for a variety of positions and age groups for the club during this time. - July 2009 - August 2011Sales Engineer-Verizon
Cisco SystemsNew York, NY, USAI worked in the Service Provider Channel, specifically dedicated to Verizon Business, enabling partner development and providing technical expertise in Cisco Systems networking equipment for the New England area growing the channel to a $1 Billion Business. In this role, I worked with top Enterprises such as J.P. Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, Burberry, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Honeywell. I also worked with Educational Institutions in the New England area on their digital transformation efforts.

Cisco SystemsRaleigh, NC, USAI worked as an Associate Systems Engineer (ASE) and graduated from the Cisco Sales Associate Program (CSAP.) In CSAP, I received 11 months of training in Cisco technology, sales, customer service, presentation, and business acumen before entering the sales field as a Systems Engineer.

I graduated from the only accredited complex systems based Bioengineering program in the nation in 2008 where I learned how to characterize systems with unpredictable emergent behavior based on the interactions of their parts. I was the first student-athlete to graduate from the Binghamton Bioengineering Program and I was the only student-athlete to graduate from the Watson School of Engineering in my class.
