      • Managed and budgeted over $25 million dollars between four projects, with two jobs closing under budget, and two jobs in progress, the budgeting involved tracking internal spending, costs from contractors (adds & deducts), and providing monthly profit projection updates to management for all active jobs
      • Bid and analyzed 150 contractors, wrote 40+ subcontracts for hired trades I managed from preconstruction meetings to job closeout, while monitoring progress and durations to ensure completion by turnover date
      • Developed and maintained a project schedule throughout the life of the project, and led multiple weekly progress updates with clients, subcontractors, and internal staff members

    • May 2019 - August 2019
      Manufacturing Engineer Intern
      Pratt & Whitney
      Hartford, CT, USA

      • Assisted in the manufacturing development of first stage rotors for advanced military programs by aiding in print reviews and approvals, and creating and implementing work instructions for multiple machining processes
      • Performed statistical analysis, such as capability studies and one-way ANOVA, on the run out data of an inertia welding machine using excel and minitab, results were support for justification to purchase a new inertia welder
      • Interfaced daily with many divisions within Pratt (design, quality, structures, operations), discussing the capabilities of operations, in order to coordinate manufacturability of the proposed design
      • Creatively and innovatively problem solved as issues arose on the shop floor, as well as implemented programs/processes to ensure a smooth production

    • May 2018 - August 2018
      Quality Engineer Intern
      Faurecia
      Saline, MI, USA

      • Conducted capability study on Tesla airbag deployment contingent on completion of peel adhesion hypothesis tests, determining passing results while out of tolerance values with need for system improvement
      • Performed Design of Experiment (DOE) with minitab during weekends to analyze combinations of factors that
work to produce the best peel adhesion test values, ensuring that the part is safe and free of flaws
      • Collected extensive data on current Ford F-150 doors, reorganized to update the tolerances for future F-150 door
production, assuring tolerances are capable of being met
      • Constructed innovative series of excel documents, including Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), facilitating
coordination between different sectors of the plant, guaranteeing that no necessary parts are untested
      • Implemented Poka Yoke’s, as well as created parts to test these mechanisms daily, preventing production from
beginning with faulty machines that could lead to inefficient production

      • Worked alongside Program Launch Manager and lead Manufacturing Engineer to establish model line within the
Company’s largest global plant, exemplifying Company production quality expectations
      • Independently conducted data and process analysis on operator and total cycle times, reducing operator cycle
