Allyson Crowley
Behavior Analyst
Program Coordinator at Ivymount School
Background
I am a DC-based Behavior Analyst looking to transition from the educational field to a career in conservation and sustainability. As a Behavior Analyst, I identified realistic and socially significant goals for my clients, designed interventions to help them achieve their goals, and made data-based decisions based on their progress. Additionally, I used my clients' unique values and motivations to ensure their goals and plans were individualized to their strengths and needs. I also led a classroom team of 1:1 ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Instructors and collaborated across disciplines with my students' families, related service providers, and county teams. I am seeking career opportunities where I can apply my skills in behavior science, data and value based decision making, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
