    campus by collaborating with external agencies to price tickets, control inventory, and configure sales channels.
    - Implement processes to plan and execute many large-scale projects per year, in collaboration with internal crossfunctional teams, internal executive management, and external stakeholders.
    - Manage annual Ticket Operations Part-Time staff of 6 by interviewing, hiring, training, and providing direction.
    - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with concert promoters and artist representatives to strengthen
    revenue distribution settlement of an average of $3.4 million per event and establish trust to improve conflict resolution.
