Background

I've worked in Marketing and Advertising now for just about 10 years now at my various stops in my career and I could fill any communication role needed. I originally went to school for Journalism at UofM-Dearborn. I graduated with University Honors with a degree in Communications and a minor in English. I like to share and tell stories. It's why I was drawn to journalism in the first place, and it was a natural pivot to Advertising and Marketing where stories and campaigns can be shared and told as well. As journalism jobs faded, I began working through a subcontractor of Google in Ann Arbor helping small and medium sized businesses advertise on Google Ad Words as a Growth Consultant. I pivoted to the Local Buying buying department at Global Team Blue (GTB) in Dearborn where I started as an Assistant Buyer and worked my way up to Media Buying. I was also the only digital assistant on the team. I moved on to try and learn programmatic buying, which didn't work out like I hoped, and moved on to Print and Point of Care buying at Starcom as a Senior Associate. I was there for two years until one of my vendors, PatientPoint, hired me, and gave me a Manager, Client Success position where I was essentially a project manager and middleman between PatientPoint and our clients to get their ads in our environment with our internal teams.
