Manage subpoena request and compliance docket for large tech company; develop playbooks; manage legal holds; litigated novel e-discovery challenges related to multi-account cloud and device data proliferation and exfiltration. Defend and manage compliance with document and deposition subpoenas served in Federal Trade Commission regulatory action and related consumer class action.
