    In this role I contribute to both the hardware and software development of our products, ensuring they meet FDA regulations through testing and quality assurance processes. I also play an integral part in calibrating and validating the accuracy of our devices. Recently, I had the opportunity to represent M3D at the Radiological Society of North America Conference. Here, I managed the company booth, articulating the capabilities of our devices to healthcare professionals, investors, and distributors worldwide.

    My research focused on tracking drug efficacy and disease progression through imaging biomarkers in patients with myelofibrosis.

    I served as first author on a paper published in Tomography, “Fat Fraction MRI for Longitudinal Bone Marrow Heterogeneity in a Mouse Model of Myelofibrosis.” In this work, I developed the research hypothesis, conducted animal trials, wrote custom computational analysis code in MATLAB, and performed data analysis and statistical evaluation to identify novel quantitative MRI techniques for assessing myelofibrosis in a preclinical model.

    In addition, I worked on clinical trials applying quantitative MRI techniques to patient data.

    In this role I focused on Regulatory Medical Writing in which I worked across functional teams on technical documents such as Clinical Study Reports, Patient Narratives, Health Authority Responses, and Protocols. I also worked with business operations to reduce employee work capacity by an average of 9% each month through improving resource allocation and implementing new software to track effort hours.

    I served on the North American Intern and Co-op Association Executive Board. In the role I worked with a committee to organize community service and credo education events for over 1000 interns.
