ContactBackground
I am a people-centered professional with experience in Human Resources and recruitment. I started my work experience teaching middle and high school students but have developed a strong interest in Human Resources in the workforce. With a background in Education, English, and Psychology, I have honed skills in respectful communication, effective writing, conflict resolution, organization, and the ability to shape a positive working environment. In 2023, I completed my M.A. at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and hold a B.A. from Michigan State University. Most recently, I worked as an Administrative Specialist/HR Liaison at Managed Medical Review Organization, where I successfully supported the team through recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee records, and payroll. I uphold positive company culture through leading social programs and developing and updating company website platforms like Microsoft SharePoint. I am actively pursuing SHRM Certification for Human Resources to further my proficiency in undertaking a range of HR responsibilities. I value connection and communication and am eager to further my career in human resources.
