Background

I'm a learning professional and project manager with over a decade of combined experience in the education, government, consulting, and humanitarian sectors. I do my best work when I use my knowledge and skills to act as a guide and resource, supporting people navigating new experiences, whether they are studying a new language abroad or using a new technology system. My superpowers are curiosity, connection, versatility, and creating order from chaos. With four years of experience designing and implementing training, learning, and development programs, I have supported parents of children enrolled in virtual school, as well as humanitarian leaders at the International Rescue Committee. I also delivered multilingual training initiatives, including IRC’s first Spanish-language leadership workshop for people managers in Latin America, fostering stronger regional leadership capabilities to better serve 87,000 displaced Venezuelans annually.
