  I am currently dedicated to the UCLA professional development program for individuals working as college advisors.   Completion of the IECA Summer Training Institute program for new and aspiring independent educational consultants (IECs) consisted of learning about professional skills like business management, student counseling, and ethical practice. An intense multi-day, in-depth training that included expert-led sessions, seminars, and peer-to-peer learning to help participants build a successful and professional consulting practice.
